Certificates are issued automatically when you finish every required module in a course. To find them:
- Sign in.
- Click your name in the top-right and choose Transcripts or Dashboard.
- Each completed course shows a Certificate link — click to view or download the PDF.
If a course shows 100% complete on your dashboard but the Certificate link is missing, ask the assistant "audit my completions" — it will check for "ghost completions" and offer to fix them. If the audit shows nothing wrong, contact support.
